2. Your two-hour visit: All testing happens in one appointment. The extra time allows for the full lab panel alongside your body composition, metabolic and cardiovascular testing.

3. Your results, four weeks later: Advanced panels take longer to process. Once everything is back, you will meet an Extension Health physician for a 60-minute Longevity Consultation to review your complete results and build your plan.
